SELF – COACHING – HOW TO DO IT?

Where to start?

SMILING OFTEN

It is widely known, that can work two ways from the inside to the outside and from outside to inside. As an actress, I need to have skills in both “your fingertips”. At the end of the day I have to play well and I get how this is already my thing. Hence the importance granting both themselves, and the plurality of ways of reaching the desired effect.

Today I want to write you about this from the outside to the inside.

often repeat, I have one life and I do not want to waste it on inappropriate emotions. sometimes sadness, grief and even jealousy are the appropriate emotions. proper, because sometimes you feel it. If there is time, place and there's a reason.

Maria Czubaszek Festival in Polanica Zdroj,pl

Invited by publishing magazine “Mirror” we ran the 15 October. development workshops during the Festival of Maria Czubaszek in Polanica Zdroj.

The theme of the workshop was ” How to discover your potential and achieve balance and harmony in life”.

Perhaps if coaches, so many ways to approach this topic.
I decided to combine my two favorite methods of working with people – or coaching with my proprietary method Warm Up.
Warm Up This method is reliable in coaching, when, among others,:

a) you have a group and you want to perform individual coaching

b) person / persons are too tight “in your head”

c) person / people want to settle for a coach / or creeps need for perfectionism

d) participant / customer comes to coaching wary and want to discover something on the so-called.” already”

Grupa dopisała. came about 30 osób a każda wykonała indywidualną pracę w grupie.Każdy z uczestników miał szansę odkryć nie tylko sferę, w jakiej odczuwa deficyty, zająć się nią, ale także odkryć swój potencjał w tej sferze bez większego “filozofowania”. Odpowiedzi w takiej pracy z ciałem i własną wyobraźnią pojawiają się same. Oczywiście jest to początek drogi i pracy… niekiedy ciężkiej pracy, ale bez świadomości co jest do zrobienia – pierwszy krok do harmonii rzadko jest możliwy.

 

“selfie” today and … once?
