Buckwheat bread – my new love

Already a few weeks ago on instastory I am talking about my new love – buckwheat bread.

Why I fall in love with buckwheat bread?

What's for breakfast?

Somebody says, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day…

So from the beginning :

RECIPE FOR porridge :

3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal.

1,5 cup cold water

2 tablespoons of raisins

1 tbsp desiccated coconut

1 tablespoon of linseed

1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds

1 teaspoon sunflower seeds

fruits – the amount of discretion

Almond milk( I choose it without added sugar) / coconut – the amount of discretion
