Publication in the magazine SENS about my method of working with the body and mind Warm Up was published in the June issue.
Pride and joy. And also a big responsibility, by this method it went out into the world.

Readers and not only have the opportunity to meet me and get to know better the method of the International Yoga Day Festival, which took place 19 June at Pole Mokotowskie.
Although the method has little to do with yoga itself, it did, however, arouse great interest.
