Sometimes, no coffee or move… Tak, I personally have. For many years I drank decaffeinated. There were also long months, that drank no coffee at all. But as the saying goes…. “old love never dies” – and this is my oldest “używkową” love.
Regardless of what you think about this, at an early age how you can start drinking coffee… I started to drink it well before the exams for high school and they are the most wonderful memories of that period…
I did I and my brother to the high school matriculation. We did the jug jug and each wkuwaliśmy their late into the night.
Even before the coffee was synonymous “west” / “America”… when I was 13 years went on holiday to the United States and … forever will stay with me mix of scents creates a unique atmosphere – fresh air from the garden, heat only what is TAM, freshly brewed coffee and the LUZ, typical American life…
Then everyone was this week's MORNING… 😛
Then came the other morning rituals… in high school it was the radio, studying cold shower, then for a long long time yoga….until the time came to Warm Up !
Warm Up is to be in 100 % in harmony with each other and then each morning with przytupem.
No, I do not deny yourself coffee…, but coffee is the only additive, ritual, pleasure rather than salvation.
So how to help yourself?
First ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE WITH YOU, even if you do not have time.
Are you tired / a?
Admit it to himself.
Feel, parts of the body that hurts most. And give them even a few seconds of mindfulness.

You can do this even before you get in bed, or in the bathroom, in the kitchen, at the desk…

Take a bow… best to tuck down the spine. Do it very slowly.
I call this exercise “snails” years and works wonders. Art in speed and awareness.

Sometimes our body itself does…, but when we are very tense unconsciously we do not allow for the unintentional release of emotions. Do it consciously, therefore,. I immediately would be better!
