Somebody says, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day…
Not always with me was that. There were days, weeks, patch, Breakfast that I treated with neglect.
Rather always I ate; but when a man in a hurry (see overslept for school, classes, for work… ) I drank a few sips of tea ( cold most of the previous day, if it was, or I have done before him and took a shower before leaving himself swept… )and I ran on…

almost 20 years I am on a gluten-free diet, So little naczekałam on a gluten-free version of oatmeal. So from the beginning :
Sleeps flakes into the pot – ok. 3-4 spoons per head 😉 and pour cold water – of course “more or less”.
I let them heat up and mix, they cook up , I mix again. Adding water. A little. so that the forming mincemeat was my favorite consistency. Sometimes more mushy , sometimes less.
Spill into bowls and already I add to them is what I want the day.
Sometimes I give to the bottom of the cup frozen fruit and raisins. It used to be BERRIES . (Still probably the best fit, in my opinion), but quickly made strawberry mousse mousse was with me during the pregnancy and not just the berries.
Flax seed and coconut – This is my next MUST HAVE.
But not always, I recently porridge pure with no additives and only with coconut milk triumphs.
Now add once COCONUT OIL. Today it totally gave up.
Sunflower nuts and then I like the most, when I really need a lot of energy in front of me and a lot of intellectual work. ( Do you know, that mental work is often more calories than a good workout at the gym ?? )
A and another curiosity! I learned about this long after, Intuitively, as we have again introduced into your diet. PEANUT BUTTER, which I devoured after the birth of his son – it turns out, that helps mum's milk production 🙂
I assure you, that in those months oatmeal without peanut butter didn't exist for me 😛
RECIPE FOR porridge :
3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal.
1,5 cup cold water
2 tablespoons of raisins
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon of linseed
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
fruits – the amount of discretion
Almond milk( I choose it without added sugar) / coconut – the amount of discretion
